Online collaboration is broken
Working from Home (or Anywhere) can benefit all, individuals, teams and whole organisations. Yet often, we see organisations ‘making do’ and not ‘feeling’ the benefits or outcomes. Online work can sometimes lead to confusion or difficulty communicating effectively. This can negatively affect both the work being done and employee well-being.

One reason we think this is because it is so much better for the environment. We know that work related travel accounts for a significant proportion of carbon emissions. This is going to matter even more as global economic challenges grow, people’s calendars get even busier, and climate change worsens. This is why we want to make sure that we (and you) remain effective online.
