• Set clear expectations on how work is done, have an understanding of different roles and practise clear communication with one another.

• Use the right tools to facilitate great teamwork and collaboration.

• Get into a good rhythm with checking in with each other and how work is going.

• Be patient as you start to adopt new techniques and ways of working.

• Most importantly, celebrate the successes when things go well!
